Setup Alert: Sometimes under Windows XP Setup will give a message about a file being older than the current verions.  This is entirely norlal and of no concern.  The particular DLLs in question need to be upcated on early Windows 9X systems but the standard versions are acceptable for all current versions of windows.

OLE Automation Errors: It has come to our attention that a system with a bad, missing, or empty, [Intl] section in their WIN.INI file will cause Time and Place to generate OLE Automation Error -2147483640. Repair the WIN.INI file by running the regional setting applet in the Control Panel.
