Restrictions allow you to place limits
on the type of events that can be scheduled into an
asset. The dialog consists of check boxes that indicate whether
a particular attribute should be restricted and a button
which will display a dialog to define which
values are allowed. This allows the user to easily switch
off a restriction if an exception needs to be made
without having to change the underlying definition of the
normal values. If an asset is restricted reservations
cannot have the contents of the attribute changed to a
value that is not permitted. In addition when
reservations are moved or copied assets that would not
permit the values cannot be selected as the destination.
